I had a pleasant stay with good staff and a clean room. The breakfast offered a nice variety, especially the hot food items. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, as there were issues with hair on the pillows and the air conditioning unit needed better maintenance. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a short stay, particularly for families looking for a central location.

the best western had friendly staff who made check-in smooth. the location was ideal, just a short drive to shopping and the beach. we appreciated the great breakfast options, including eggs, bacon, and fruits. also, the outdoor swimming pool was a nice touch to unwind after a day out!
the bathroom door didn’t close properly, which was a bit inconvenient.

The King Suite Sofa Bed was pretty spacious, which was nice for our family. The beds were comfy, and the air conditioning worked really well. There were some outdated elements though, like the decor and limited outlets. A couple of times, it felt a bit worn, but overall, it was a decent room to relax in after a day out.

I stayed at the Best Western in Biloxi for a couple of nights and had some highlights along with a few drawbacks. The friendly staff made check-in smooth every time. The breakfast options were solid, including hot items like eggs and bacon. My room felt clean overall, but the small pillows left something to be desired. The location offered easy access to nearby attractions, which was a bonus. However, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, and I found that inconvenient. It detracted from the overall ambiance. If they could tighten up those maintenance issues, it would enhance the stay significantly.

Decent Stay, Could Use Some TLC
I stayed for 2 nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The room felt pretty dated. Light fixtures were dusty, and the sheets were rough. The AC worked like a champ, though! Staff were chill, especially during breakfast—food was good enough and kept stocked. Just wish the room had been cleaner overall.

The decor had a warm, inviting feel that made me feel just like I was back at my grandmother's house, with plenty of cozy seating near the common areas for relaxing or chatting with friends.
More activities for seniors would be appreciated.
